I have been a client of Dr.Scoble for about three years now and let me just say wow what an amazing journey I have had with my braces, that no yelp review can describe . I walked in the office very shy of exposing my crooked smile and down the road not only did the treatment gave me flashy pearly straight whites, rather I left the office feeling more confident than ever! Thanks to Dr.Scoble and her amazing staff!

 

     It all started with a referral, solely that's how they advertise, since they have built a great rapport through the word of mouth, and any means of advertisement was unnecessary.At the front desk, Myra the wonderful receptionist made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped in. She was very attentive and made sure I receive the proper pre-braces procedure which includes X-rays, moldings and etc during the consultation. More so, what really helped me the most was the fact they were willing to accommodate my financial obligations being a student, working part time, and not having insurance which was a big plus!! They are willing to work with you suitable to your income so that you can have a nice and perfect smile. Also, being a working student and living quite some distance, I could not be more grateful to a dental office who are very flexible to my busy and hectic schedule which was another BIG PLUS! Myra is always punctual when it comes to reminding when our next appointment is and will give you your appointment card and balance every visit so that you can keep track. I like how they are very organized at this.

 

     Let's talk about how comfortable and not so dental office this place is! The office sits on a medical building overlooking a really nice view of the city of mission hills. Each station has it's own flat screen and radio installed and you won't ever feel alone since there are no dividers. There are a couple of rooms set for intensive service or consultation, but I like this setting because it makes me feel more comfortable not being alone. Of course there are times when I look over and there is a calm kid and I am freaking out (that's just me naturally) but the staff are well experienced professionals who enjoys their profession and are very attentive, always making sure we are comfortable and that is very to find around these days.My experience with Dr.Scoble has been amazing, along with it's staff, environment, accommodating to your needs whether it's financial or making time so that you are able to visit every month!Although my journey with my braces ended , I am expected to be seen three months, 6 months and a year from now to see how well maintained my teeth are. Wow ?!?! How often do you hear that ? In most cases, once you are done, you are done, never hear from you again, but nope not with Dr.Scoble, your journey lives on and that's a review you can not possibly write on yelp.I am forever grateful thank you Dr.Scoble, Myra, and staff!!!
